"New Year's Greetings"
Hello.
This is Aoyagi.
Although it's a little late, Happy New Year.
Thank you for your continued support this year.
I sincerely hope that this will be a wonderful year for you all.
I myself would like to approach my work and the things I love with a renewed sense of enthusiasm!
In this column, I would like to talk a little about what happened over the New Year holidays and my aspirations for this year.

New Year's holiday events
I spent the New Year's holiday relaxing at home with my family, and was able to refresh both my body and mind.
Then, at the beginning of the new year, I went on my first ever snowboarding trip to Karuizawa for 2 nights and 3 days.
The photo above was taken on the nicest day of the trip. (lol)
Since I normally enjoy skateboarding as a hobby, people around me had hopes that I'd be able to skate right away even though it was my first time, but the reality wasn't as sweet as I'd hoped...
The biggest difference from a skateboard is that your feet are fixed in place.
At first, I was surprised at how difficult it was.
After falling many times, I finally started to get the hang of it by the second day.
The time spent trying and failing was very fulfilling and enjoyable.
I thought Hirano Ayumu was really amazing. (laughs)
My aspirations for this year
Through this snowboarding trip, I was reminded once again of the fun of taking on a challenge.
In 2025, I would like to take on the following five challenges!
=====
① Read one book per week.
I love reading and always carry two books in my bag, but I often find myself using being busy as an excuse, and before I know it, my pile of unread books has become buried.
This year, I plan to be more organized and make sure to set aside time for reading.
② Learn five new skateboarding tricks.
This year, the battle with myself will be even more intense.
3) Use a used skateboard to create a DIY item.
This is something I've wanted to do for a long time, and I've already been purchasing the tools since the New Year holidays.
I'm fantasizing about not only reshaping decks, but also making furniture.
④ Interacting with people from different industries.
I would like to interact with a variety of people, gain new perspectives and ideas, and enrich my work, hobbies, and daily life.
⑤ Write a column article once a week.
Taking the above into consideration, I plan to increase the frequency of posting column articles this year.
We will do our best to make it even more enjoyable!
=====
Of course, when trying new things, failure is inevitable, but the learning and enjoyment that comes afterwards is something that cannot be replaced by anything else.
This year, I hope to cherish this attitude and enjoy each and every day.
lastly,
This year too, we will continue to work hard to bring you new discoveries and fun through APPLEBUM items.
Once again, thank you for your continued support this year.
I hope this will be a wonderful year for everyone!
