"Not the stars, but the constellations."

Hello.
This is Aoyagi.

The other day, I happened to look up at the night sky and thought about how amazing the person who invented constellations must have been.

"Doesn't that look like a scorpion?"
"That's clearly a balance scale."

Taking mere stars, changing one's perspective, turning them into constellations, and creating new roles for them.

What an incredible invention.

And the way they named them, it feels like they really enjoyed it with a lot of free-spirited ideas, lol.

There's something interesting about this.

Giving existing things different roles, or looking at them in new ways.

Even for tasks that seem a bit bothersome,

"How can I make this fun?"
"Can I make it more like a game?"

Just by thinking about these questions, your perception can suddenly change, and you might feel motivated to try.

As kids, we all did this naturally, didn't we?

Like walking on the white lines of the road without falling off, or turning tree branches into swords.

I feel like imagination allowed us to playfully transform things from their original roles into something else enjoyable.

This week, we'll say goodbye with this song.

"You don't have to be like everyone else. It's fine to enjoy things in your own way."

It's a masterpiece filled with De La Soul's characteristic playfulness.

I love their sensibility, how they freely enjoyed HIPHOP with their own unique style.
