KANGO is a Tokyo-based DJ who was inspired by the authentic HIP HOP scene in New York when he went there at the age of 20 through dance, and began his career. He is popular for his unique genre-less style, centered on HIP HOP, which he broadcasts from the dance floor. In addition to being a resident DJ at numerous parties, he is also invited as a guest DJ, gaining high praise from various quarters. He has now established his position as a club DJ, solidifying his presence and continuing to exert a great influence on the Japanese club scene. He is a regular DJ on AbemaTV AbemaMix Hip Hop Channel (every Monday). He is also a member of ROOTS, the originator of Japanese house dance.
