The photo below is "Royale Times," a free paper for the hip-hop event "HIPHOP ROYAL 2000," held at Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall in 2000.
This is a personal item of our designer, Miyao, and it has been kept in pristine condition for 25 years.

Featured in it was a special contribution by Seiko Ito titled "If you meet hip-hop, kill hip-hop."
At the beginning of that piece, he stated, "I think these are the three main spirits of hip-hop," presenting these three words.
Our designer, Miyao, was involved in the creation of the opening video and the promotional free newspaper for this hip-hop event, "HIPHOP ROYAL 2000."
Seiko Ito continued, "It is also an important fact that 'rebelliousness, invention, and humor' are based on a keen social awareness."
Our designer, Miyao, also reread this text several years after launching the brand and said, "I was once again struck by how concisely these words express the essence of hip-hop, and I realized that this is exactly what APPLEBUM has cherished and wants to continue to cherish."
Since then, these words have remained a guiding principle and philosophy that the APPLEBUM brand values in creating clothing.
