Uniform production for the Japanese national team at the University Street Dance World Cup

December 7th (Sat) and 8th (Sun) 2024 We produced the uniforms for the Japanese national team at the University Street Dance World Cup held in Taipei, Taiwan .

 

 

 

In 2024, breakdancing, a type of street dance, will be included in the Paris Olympics for the first time.

Japan achieved the historic feat of winning the women's gold medal and placing in the top four for the men's competition, and the Japanese street dance market is attracting attention both from within Japan and overseas.

In this vein, the University Street Dance World Cup was held in Taipei, Taiwan on Saturday, December 7th and Sunday, December 8th, and the Japanese national team took home the impressive victory !

Each team consisted of five people and the battle format was a "knockout" similar to judo team competitions, making for an exciting and exciting tournament.

This proved that Japanese street dance is of a high level that can be used on a global scale.
